We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unused yarn and original invoice inside the shipping box, ensuring the labels are intact.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
